The groomsmen coordinator is a hybrid position featuring elements from common positions such as groomsmen attending, bartending, and day-of wedding coordinating.
This high-paced and fun environment allows for both indoor and outdoor work throughout the wedding day on the property.
Day of responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:
Set-up of the open bar in the morning.
Bartending for the groomsmen prior to the start time of the wedding (typically 8-12 gentlemen).
Tying bowties, ties, fastening boutonnieres and ironing dress shirts.
Conversing with the guests of honor and keeping an eye on their intoxication levels.
Assisting the day of coordination team with set up, guest relations, and additional tasks throughout the wedding day.
Bartending upgraded cocktail/reception bars:
Espresso Martini station, Casa Margarita Bar, Cigar & Whiskey Bar.
Monthly Cigar Bar ordering through JR Cigars.
Golf knowledge is a plus.
An outgoing personality and can-do attitude are both pivotal for your success in this position.
Having a background in bartending is preferred, but not necessary.
If you feel you have the personality, drive and creativity to flourish in this kind of role, the team is willing to train applicants for success.
Full-Time & Part-Time hours available.
We would prefer to fill this position with a full-time candidate.
However, for the right candidate we can be flexible.
