We are a five doctor General Practice in Sussex County, known for our outstanding reputation with the community, as well as our gorgeous building, that is close to Rt.
80 and Rt.
15.

Our ideal candidate will be licensed as a Veterinary Technician, have a minimum of 5 years experience in veterinary medicine, and have prior leadership experience helping teams advance and support each other in a positive, fun environment.
Our ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate servant leadership, maintain positive projections, be able to efficiently navigate changing priorities, and be able to lead by example for their team.
In this role, the Clinical Supervisor will work about 50% in a Technical role.
Responsibilities will include onboarding new team members, mentoring and supporting current team members, assisting the Doctors with ensuring best practices, serving as an integral part of the Leadership team with reviewing and enhancing our current standards of care, assisting with scheduling, purchasing, performance assessments and mentoring, and other tasks involving the hospital's operations.
