Responsibilities:
Greet and register patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
Collect co-payments and process payments.
Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.
Verify insurance coverage for patients.
Provide information about ophthalmology services.
