Job Details
Responsibilities:
Your primary role as an LPN will be to provide nursing care to our patients and assist them in their daily activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Providing basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering medication, and collecting specimens.
2. Collaborating with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
3. Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information, reporting any changes in condition to the supervising RN or physician.
4. Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and moving.
5. Working in our long-term care and rehabilitation units, providing compassionate care to our patients.
6. Educating patients and their families on disease prevention and post-hospital treatment.
7. Ensuring the comfort of patients by creating a soothing environment and reducing patient anxiety.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
1. Must hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
