Asset Management is currently seeking a motivated self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment to learn and develop new skills that will contribute to our entrepreneurial spirited group.
Responsibilities:
Follow a culture that is rich in safety and quality workmanship Inspection of infrastructure facilities for customers related to utility systems Utilize equipment to excavate ground material around utility poles Apply wood preservatives to the ground line area of a pole Electric hazard identification, electric equipment identification, and communication equipment Identification Ability to operate company vehicle is preferable but not required Perform all other reasonable duties as assigned by the Foreman or Crew Leader.
Work schedules are typically 5-6 days per week, 8-10 hours per day, may require performing stand by duties or on-call work assignments Requirements:
Ability to travel for work about 75% of the time with per diem and lodging provided High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism Ability to work independently, in small groups or a team Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time, bend, reach and to move or carry items weighing up to 65 lbs Ability to proficiently use locate utility poles accurately Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and in various hours of the day or night and holidays as required Ability to work in terrains mixing and consisting of rocky, steep, uneven ground, wetlands, and flat areas Electric utility and telecommunications experience preferred Additional Information:
The ideal candidate would be comfortable with traveling from location to location within the client's service territory.
Candidates must be comfortable working full time with a minimum of 40 - 45 hours per week.
Compensation based on experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
