This position reviews and transcribes all medication orders including specialized orders based on approved protocols accurately and timely verifying therapy, correct medication, route, dose and frequency. Prepares, supervises and ensures aseptic compounding of IVs including anti-neoplastic agents correctly and in a timely manner promoting efficiency and cost effectiveness. Reviews levels of batched IV medications, batches, supplies to avoid waste, documents all required information etc.
- Candidate will have BS or Pharm D from an accredited pharmacy school.
- License in NJ, hospital experience is preferred.
