OverviewAtlantic Health System is seeking a Regional Director for Workforce Experience - Northwest Region - Newton and Hackettstown.Responsibilities
Guides and manages the overall Human Resources services, policies, and programs of Atlantic Health System (AHS) at Hackettstown & Newton Medical Centers (HMC & NMC). Oversees daily operations for human resources programs within northwest region. Partners with site/facility leadership to ensure the alignment of human resource strategies and initiatives with business strategies.
Essential Functions
Serves as HR leader for Hackettstown & Newton Medical Centers, providing supervision and direction to teammates, with direct leadership responsibility for workforce experience consultants and business partners. Represents system HR director at meetings, as assigned, and provides consultative advice to executive leaders under the guidance of system HR director.
Assists in designing strategic and tactical processes to promote high engagement with leaders and teammates and encourages HR innovation across customer business units.
Leads role in annual engagement survey execution for HMC & NMC.
Responsible for effective workforce experiences with the objective of producing a high degree of employee engagement, improved retention and reduced turnover.
In coordination with system director, develops HR teammates to expand their interests and abilities in a manner consistent with future AHS business needs. Assists business unit leaders with talent management and succession planning.
Assists as a project lead for assigned system or facility-based HR projects, using organized project management approach. Continually builds value of the HR teammate experience at HMC & NMC.
Provides administrative leadership of area/region, including responsibility for personnel administration, budgetary planning and implementation, and departmental equipment needs.
Partners with leadership to analyze business needs for organizational planning and development. Utilizes performance management system to develop and implement training and program plan.
Develops, recommends and implements operating procedures and programs within the northwest region in order to accomplish goals and objectives.
Provides assistance to leaders on personnel matters to ensure compliance with legal and AHS policies and procedures in coordination with workforce relations director.
Facilitates implementation of change management initiatives and partners with the leadership to effectively communicate business strategies, goals, values, and performance expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.
7
years of Human Resources leadership experience required.
HR Business Partner experience required.
Healthcare experience required.
HR certification (i.e., CCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
Possesses oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, computer skills and ability to multi-task.
Must have excellent customer service and follow-through and be comfortable with working through issues with customers.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
