Product Manager, Auto Review

Position Description: The position requires demonstrated success understanding, designing and implementing software solutions for healthcare; SaaS-based products preferred. This individual will leverage market research, as well as client and internal feedback, to develop compelling business plans, define key technical and business functionality for net new and existing products with demonstrable return on investment for customers and Decision Management.  Design and regularly revise Decision Management SaaS-based offerings and bundled solution packages in support of changing market needs and revenue targets.  The ideal candidate is a detailed and motivated self-starter who can clearly communicate consistent information with business users, technical / software engineers, clinical and implementation staff.  An understanding of technical product management, the Pragmatic Marketing framework and inherent quality in an Agile Kanban and Scrum methodologies is also highly desirable. Responsibilities: Work closely with Customers to understand best use and gaps in use of the Auto Review product offering.  Formulates technical and functional requirements, collaborates with software technicians to research existing business and system processes.  Engages in and documents requirements definition sessions, and develops proposed business problems to be solved.  Works within practices and policies for creating, updating, and managing requirements which ensures repeatable processes. Create compelling business plans including product definition, pricing, distribution and packaging for the Auto Review offering.  Work closely with Finance, Sales, Services, Content Development and Marketing teams to ensure Auto Review can be operationally supported and return anticipated margins. Drive increased market penetration and revenue, demonstrating growth.  Work with Sales and Alliance Partners to define appropriate sales and distribution strategies.  Create, document and manage 24 month rolling product roadmap leveraging Agile philosophy. Serve as resource for Client Services, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Training, Customer Support, Consulting Services, and Operations teams to answer integration-related questions and present integration solutions.  Attend sales calls and conferences as necessary.  Collaborates within and across Change Healthcare to ensure strategic direction is consistent and existing products are integrated or leveraged as appropriate. Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of healthcare technology experience with hospital and/or payer solutions.  Experience in technical and business analysis, requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems.  2+ years product management experience. Critical Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate through PowerPoint presentations.  Must be comfortable with public speaking and skilled in developing high quality persuasive presentations.  Must possess strong computer application skills and logical thinking around workflow applications. Must be customer focused and able to create visible value. Additional Knowledge & Skills: Experience working with EHRs a plus.  Prior experience in building business plans and working withfinance and sales to develop defensible growth plans is a plus. Education / Training: Degree in STEM discipline, business, public health or healthcare administration is desired.  Nursing or clinical degree is helpful, but not required.  Pragmatic Marketing certification is also desirable. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
